If you purchase a product that is faulty, damaged or not fit for its intended purpose, we can provide you with an exchange, credit or refund.
To make a return please :-
1. Ensure the product is in its original packaging
2. Retain your original receipt/invoice
3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to advise of the problem and we will organise to have it picked up and discuss your request for an exchange, refund or credit.
No returns are accepted for paper products cut to your specific dimensions .
